Manufactured using high quality materials, with the polypropylene plate’s working temperature of – 40c to 120c. A choice of either an, “L” or “C” roof hook, and fixings to secure are included with the ERIC-TILE.

Further to our conversation and purchase of the Eric tile, I would like to take this opportunity to say I and my workforce were extremely impressed with the product. The service provided from Solar Slate Plate was exemplary from start to finish. The products were delivered when promised with very little time between order placement and delivery.
The project we were working on was Stamshaw School for Portsmouth City council and was built around 1860 with clay tiles. We have used many solar Pv roof fixings in the past on plain/rosemary clay tiles and have never really been able to move around the roof without fear of breaking the tiles underneath the mounting points, this in turn leads to extra costs in replacing the broken tiles. With the Eric Tile this was not an issue as the way you have designed the fixing bracket to sit on the tile and take the weight is a very clever idea, also as the Eric Tile is a direct replacement of a tile, we had plenty of spares to replace tiles on the roof that were already broken. I was also impressed with the ease of which the tile could be fitted to the roof. This is one of the easiest roof fixings we have fitted in our 5 years of installing solar Pv, which in turn allowed us to complete the job much quicker than other roof fixings we have used in the past, which was a big bonus for us as we only had a short programme time before the children returned to school.
We have various contracts coming up with the council and I have no doubt we will be using the Eric Tile mounting system when required. Keep up the good work Paul it’s a fantastic product and I wish you well in the future with it.
